I ordered several items recently and had them shipped to the store. I returned them to the store the next day to find out that Paypal cannot be refunded except for a store credit. This I understand. However, the manager was incredibly rude. Once I told her I wanted to credit it back to Paypal and asked how I do that, she began throwing all the items back at me on the top counter instead of putting them in the bag and said I would have to send them back. No further instruction... which again is fine I can figure that out. The fact she started throwing the items back at me instead of putting them in the bag was shocking though. I still can't believe that happened. When I called back and found out she was the manager I was even more stunned. There is no reason for that type of behavior with anyone especially someone in sales.
