Thank you for your time.
I am extremely angry about the experience at this location. If I am not provided with a satisfactory response, I won't stop at this point.
I was charged for 1100 dollars for 4 spark plugs and 1 coil pack change in my 2009 Toyota Corolla. In the middle I realized I was ripped off, I tried to stop the mechanic but he refused to do it and said he will charge me with double labor fee.
I don't think it will make any sense to me. I am hoping you to get back to me on this issue. I would like to get part of it refunded.
