The manager at this location is rude and very unprofessional. I made a purchase there back in May and the items that I brought were to small so I tried taking them back the next day and I was told due to the pandemic they weren't accepting returns. At the time of purchase I couldn't try them on because the dressing room was closed. So I went back to this same location in August to make the exchange she's yelling this receipt is too old, we started back accepting returns in June (wow like I would have known when I don't even live in that area). Then she processed to scan the items yelling this stuff is on clearance now. Followed by saying I'm going to do it this time twice in the nastiest tone of voice! I was praying so hard for God to mute this lady's mouth FAST, because it took my money to purchase the items and to keep it on a very professional level I kept quiet. Apparently she was having a bad day or something, but she shouldn't feel that her nasty attitude will be ok with customers because it's not.
