Zips Car Wash - Car wash purchase
On 06/01/21 a. [protected], My wife was sold a month of car washes for $15. A month later my card was charged $35 for a monthly fee for unlimited car washes. My call to Zip Car Wash referred me to their web site. My complaint on web site received a reply that they required 7 days to notice to cancel the 'subscription'. Now their web site has no link for complaints and the telephone number has a message saying to go to web site.
Desired outcome: Refund $35
