Yesterday, My husband and I went to take my best friend for breakfast at Ihop off chapman.
The only nice person was the Hostess, we sat down we ordered coffee and my friend sprite
The waitress spilled coffee all over the table didn't apologize, no spoons for our coffee and
I'm about to drink the coffee there's LIPSTICK on it bright pink! I told the waitress nicely about
It she says OK and rolls her eyes at me... then we ordered our food the waitress was nice to my friend, But to my husband and I we was rude and rolling her damn eyes again... when we got the food, it loOKed like they just threw up! The tomatoes were not dice, no salsa, no utensils
Our omelettes looked like hell! My husband cut the end of the omelet to take a bite, he finds
HAIR, loOKed like a pubic hair to me! I asked for the manager that we were leaving and we were not going to pay! That is BS! I used to be a waitress and I never did that to one!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

IHOP can be as bad as Denny's because they are independently owned franchises. My advice is take the complaints directly to the district manager, that way they can easily speak to the waitresses and correct each of these problems.
That sounds horrible. What did the manager say? May I suggest that if you do claim there was racism, mention it in the complaint instead of the comments
My friend that took me is Spanish and I'm white. My friend was nice to her, but when my friend would talk to the waitress she would roll her eyes and wouldn't respond back to my friend. The waitress gave a cold shoulder like my friend got. I wanted to kick her ### for treating my friend like crap...
