To sum it in a nutshell, the people there are racist. They are rude and very unprofessional. They don't try to help you. No matter how you talk to them and tell them what you are calling for, they always brush you off. They are not fair at all. I want to call some names of the rude people, Daniell, Kailee and Lindsay. They all should be terminated, because they don't know how to talk to you. Suppose they had family members that had to call my job and I talk to and treat them like they treated me today. They wouldn't like that. This is America and we all have equal rights. I am so dissatisfied with this company. I only have a few years left and I wouldn't recommend no one to this company.
Claimed loss: I feel like this company is a rip off. They are trying to make me pay $71.00 for escrow and I have insurance. My insurance company faxed it and she also emailed it to Lindsay.
Desired outcome: I want the people there to learn how to talk to people and try to show some professionalism.

I used to work in the loan business, and it is illegal for a company, collecting on ANYTHING to contact you at your job when you have expressed verbal +/or written objection to it.
