I was in the above store on 7/9 at about 2:50pm. I noticed the 32oz fountain drinks were 99 cents but there were no cups. I asked the Male attendant if they were out of cups. He replied no and I asked for a cup. He was busy and a short time later a older female with long gray hair came out from the register and asked what I needed. I repeated my request and she stated they were out of lids for the 32oz cups. I asked if I could get the 44oz cup for the same price since they were out of the smaller lids. She replied no because it won't ring up that way. I've worked at a convenience store and I'm aware that most fountain drinks are manually rang into the system but I just asked for the 32oz cup without a lid. When I went to make my purchase, the Male attendant manually entered the fountain drinks, as I suspected, along with scanning my other items. I had planned to purchase fuel for my truck along with my in store purchases but decided against it after this incident. I know its only a small amount of money, but the female attendant's lack of service and unwillingness to see the bigger issue is indicative of poor training and poor judgement. I wished to make you aware of the problematic customer service issues at this store and having many years of customer service experience, I know how important it is to get it right.
