I would like to let you know how I was unfairly treated at the Cato store number 507, 2095 South Highland, Jackson, TN 38301 cashier 101. I frequently shop at the store in Lynnwood Plaza because of the wonderful customer service, but because I was on the south side of the city, I decided to stop at the south store. I was not greeted with a "hello and notice other customers that came in after me were greeted, I was ok with that. But I when I got in line to pay for my items, I stood patiently at the counter for 5 minutes as the cashier was stocking/restocking the racks, she never acknowledged me. The minute 2 white ladies came up behind me after I had been standing there for 5 minutes, the cashier asked if we were ready to check out, we all said yes. The cashier (101) came to the counter, picked up my items scanned, took off the sensors and bagged my items and said to me the total of my purchase, laid my bag upon the counter and asked if I would like my receipt printed and asked for my email and that was it! As I was leaving the store, the 2 ladies were greeted with a"how are you and will this be all for you?" I normally would not complain but I spend way too much money in your store and online to be treated disrespectfully by anyone! If you don't mind taking my money, all I asked is do not treat me differently because my skin is a little darker than others!
