Aspen Dental - I'm complaining about following up insurance deposit refund issue.

It started in early Nov. 2022
-> I visited the Aspen Dental Montgomery AL office for a crown
-> Came back 2 weeks later to put a crown, but it's not fit for me.
-> 2 weeks later, they called me to come again for another crown, but the same as last time. It didn't fit again. And even they put temp. crown wrong side and it was so uncomfortable.
-> Reschedule date was 12/14/2022, but no one call me, so I called on 12/15/2022 what was going on, but they said the new crown will be reformed around Jan. 2023. I was suffering and frustrated about their unprofessional behavior. So I canceled their treatment and they refund me the co-pay $50.
-> I found another dentistry but they said the #19 tooth was claimed by Aspen dental so it's not covered by my insurance as duplicated.

From early Jan 2023 to today on 1/23/2023

-> I requested to correct the claim and refund the insurance money to the insurance company, but they didn't process it yet.
-> I asked them to contact my insurance company to confirm that the insurance money will be refunded to the insurance company but they didn't.
-> I stated them to let me know the progress of this issue by last Friday 1/20/2023, but no one got back to me.
-> So I complain here to help me out.

Desired outcome: These are my request and very simple. - Refund insurance money to my insurance company? or what's the status of the refund? - Contacted my insurance company to confirm that you proceed with the refund on your end?

Aspen Dental - Scare tactic sales

I went to possibly get a tooth pulled and was told all of my teeth needed to be pulled. He did everything he could to convince me to get dentures and finally sold me. Worst mistake I ever made. A week later I came back for a "check up", and they didn't even examine me. I later realized that I had two dry sockets which untreated took about 6 months to heal. They pick a color for my teeth without talking to me first and when I wanted to pick my own shade they were very rude about it. So now I have to live with dentures that I was pushed to get for the rest of my life!
