Club at 400 Dubois rd in Cookeville TN 38501 denied my wife as guest to be allowed to work out causing me to not have access to work out, spoke to Rikki Criswell the manager who wouldn’t allow my wife/guest to workout. I am a black card member and have had my wife workout at this very location several times, I will be looking for alternative workout locations and filing every internet review I can to advise others
Desired outcome: Why require a guest to have a passcode? They don’t have the account the member does so either honor the guest pass or remove it from your statement of benefits
