World Financial Network National Bank (dba: Woman Within) has allowed Reservation Rewards to perpetrate a scam on it's customers.
I went to the website to order clothing from them and evidently when I completed the order, this company has a way to trick you into signing up for whatever they are selling. I did not knowingly sign up for this, I just wanted to order clothes, as I have done since 1973.
This bank has since harrassed me on the phone several times daily, added late charges to my account and reported this to the credit bureau.
I paid for the clothes I bought, so all they are charging me for is this scam and their scam; late charges.
I have asked them for months to close the account and they will not.
I have told them repeatedly that I am not going to pay for this scam, yet they keep harrassing me.
I have gone on the Internet to see if this is happening to others. Yes it is and there are hundreds of complaints on several websites.
I have entered into a class action lawsuit against Reservation Rewards and have complained about this to every website I can find.
We have to bail out banks so they can screw us.

I was shopping end of marching working a shopping bag for MARCHWOW code 100 off 200 purchase. I had applied the code to my bag. When I went to check out it said invalid code even though Id already applied it to my bag. I called the company. No fixing it, code expired..ecen though it was already in my bag applied.
On November 13, 2023 Woman Within Debited my Credit Card for
$18.45.
I did not purchase any merchandise.
Woman Within States I signed up for a Rewards Program via Email.
This is not true,
I called Customer Service and will not issue me a refund.

The item ordered on 10/800/2 was a velour plum bed jacket. The item that arrived on 10/21/23 was a gray and red jacket. see attached photo, We contacted customer service on 10/21/23 and was given a run around. The item was final sale with no return. I understand that, but when the item received was the wrong item a refund should be provided.
I ordered some capri pants in March and Woman Within keeps sending the same items and charching my credit card.
All I need is an address for a return. Been trying for almost a month/ please I don't have any other information.
I placed an order with this company 2 days ago I called today to cancel my order which had not been processed yet, and they told me there was no cancellation option. I have never heard of a cancellation option not being a option. Never again. My lesson is learned. They advertise this company so much on TV. It is a rip off.
I ordered a piece bathing suit in march 2023 I never received it and then in May 2022 I ordered another bathing suit same problem never received it and no refund I wish I could order from another store but they are the only one that has my size
Clothing does not run true to size. You have to pay for shipping to receive the item and then pay again to return it. There are many better places so, buyer beware!
I tried to place a order and used my $100 gift card to pay for it. Since it was used up I threw the card away. On May 12 I received a email saying we had a small problem but we are back. They offered me a 50% off discount on a item. Now I discovered that my order didn't go thru. I bought it on May 6, 2023 at Krogers in Dayton, Ohio
