Culver's - Bad service and racist's from the store manager in Clarksville, TN A Mr. Snow

A regular customer, but on this visit the burger was half cooked and the cheese was right out of the ice box, not melted. When ask for a re-order the manager refused because a bite was out of the burger, also refused to refund money. He was very rude and showed a stronger hatred towards white people. Had I been Black and a white manager treated me this way I would have a legal suit action. I request an apology and recovery of my money. Also employee's observed using the rest room and not washing hands before leaving. Food handled without gloves and long hair not netted.

Desired outcome: Satisfaction and a apology from this very un human attitude in providing customer service
