Dollar General

Took my grandmother to Dollar General in Manning, SC; Store #01798 on March 31, 2020. I believe the name tags read Sammy & John. The were being very rude with the ederly that was coming inside the store. From my understanding being that the pandemic has occured the ederly suppoose to be able to shop the first hour of the store being open. The door also stated that the limit for items understand were 3, but they had signs up saying 1 item per family, which I felt wasn't right because I wanted to get items for my household as well as my grandmother household. They acted as they didnt have a care in the world for the customers and didnt want to help the customers find what they needed. Yes, they have a truck that came in today, and yes I understand that it takes time to put up the truck, but the way they were acting were so unproffessional. They said they will get to the truck whenever they get ready. If they have to have that mindeset they dont need to be in retail or work with the public. The man Sammy also stated that we can call corporate they are not going to do anything to him, he should have been fired a long time ago. All we wanted to do is get the necessary items to help us through this pandemic and they failed us. I will not shop at that store again until they are gone.
