Advertisements available in the store feature "National Bird-Feeding Month" $20 for a 40-pound bag. The only problem is there aren't any 40-pound bags available. On Tuesday we were told to come back the next day. We went back and they said that no 40-pound bags were delivered to the store. We asked for 2 - 20-pound bags at the same price. We were told "no". We asked for a coupon that we could redeem when they did finally get 40-pound bags and again we were told "no". THIS IS SIMPLY A "BAIT AND SWITCH" TACTIC.
This happened in 2 different Ace Hardware stores!
Desired outcome: Deliver what is promised in the advertisement.
