Do not go here. Aspen Lexington SC. See above comments. Terrible customer service and no words can say enough about it. Huge mistake for stepping in this Aspen practice located in Lexington SC. June 2023 broke a crown made a appointment for replacement crown. They put temporary on it lasted 3 days. Go back in another temporary it lasted 4 days. Go back in now July crown put on but came off 1 week later it didnt got right at all. Now August another temporary waiting on the crown again. Crown arrives again in September timeframe and low and behold it's not correct so I call I get put on hold no one comes back. Then I call and leave messages for a call back ...no call back. I finally am fed up beyond words.
Desired outcome: The practice shuts down is best scenario.
Aspen Dental - Teeth extractions, ripoff
Had teeth extracted Sept. 4, 2020. 6 appts. complaining to dentist about mouth pain. Every appt. adjusted temporary dentures and not addressing the mouth pain. Got second opinion, stated alveoplasty needed to be done in order to wear dentures. 7th visit to Aspen dental and reported that second opinion stated alveoplasty needed to be done, appt scheduled by office in Lexington, SC for alveoplasty. Dentist at Aspen only did left side alveoplasty, stated right side did not need to be done. That when bone spurs come through on the right he would pull them out. Spoke with regional manager because of continuing mouth pain and got transferred to another aspen dental office, there dentist in this office stated another alveoplasty needed to be done it should have been done when the teeth were first extracted, and he was going to call regional manager to schedule appt. with oral surgeon. Spoke with manager states it would be after the first of the year before it could be done. I was supposed to have my permanent set in March of 2021. I can not wear my temporary dentures because of bone coming through the gum. I have COPD and can not wear my CPAP machine and have have lost 25 lbs since Sept. 4. I can not get any help from the manager she has a attitude and I am the one in pain and suffering because they have a dentist in the Lexington, SC office that did not do his job properly and refused to listen to my complaints of mouth pain.
