I purchased a sofa on their credit terms. It was delivered and set up while I was at work. I was excited to get the sofa because I had been searching for months for the perfect one for my needs. I had purchased a sofa with a chaise all in one. Immediately I noticed the sofa part was slanted where the cushions meet. It sat like there were no springs. So I laid on the chaise end and my body naturally wanted to roll toward the couch. I called the store and they arranged for a technician to come out, almost 2 months later. The technician said it need springs on the couch and the chaise side as well as bigger cushion on the sofa side. 2 months later, the technician came out to do the repair only the parts were not at my house. Farmers claimed that they were calling me (not leaving a message) to arrange a time to drop off the springs and the cushions. The manager brought the parts out after the technician had left. And of course, he brought out the wrong cushions. So I now have part of the parts along with a couch that my husband put boards under (literally) just to have a decent family night for tv. Now throughout this whole ordeal, I have gotten repeat phone calls daily as well as text talking about a payment but not the repair. Or make a payment and we'll see to it the you get repaired. This was my first new couch buying experience and my last. Facebook marketplace would have given me a much better buying experience. Dod I mention the amount of pain that i've experienced since having this furniture. My body aches so much due to the awkward positions that I have to sit just to find comfort. Save your money or go to conns. If the rest of their furniture is like that couch, then they are crap. Do not shop there!😡😡😡
