Domino's Pizza - Burnt specialty pizza. Continuously lied to for 2 hours by multiple people

Pizza delivered at 9:00pm

Called first time 9:05 and waited for 18 minutes. 9:23pm as Yolanda said she has to speak with the General Manager.

Called on a 2nd line at while still holding and waited for 3 1/2 minutes before someone answered my 2nd line

Yolanda said she would have my replacement pizza in 15 minutes at my door. 9:42pm was the delivery time.

10:19 called to check on the pizza and someone said pizza still hasn't left and waiting for a driver to come back., but would be only a few more minutes. Why tell me 15 minutes if she knew they were short staffed with drivers?

10:49pm I called again and spoke with Chris and he said why would Yolanda say it would be delivered in 15 minutes. I asked his name and he said "why do you want to know my name?" Chris kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain what was going on and why I was so frustrated. He said the pizza was almost ready so I asked is the pizza burnt. He said he's sure it's not. I asked if he checked the pizza and he didn't say anything. I asked again and he assured me it goes thru checks. I told him the checks failed the first time and I asked him to check it to see if he would be comfortable with his own family eating the pizza. If he would've said yes then there wouldn't be any issues. He proceeded to hand the phone to the Assistant Manager without saying a word to me.

Assistant manager got on the phone and said they will not deliver to me because I was rude. I explained to her that I was not being rude at all and asked what I said that was rude and she couldn't say anything. I told her Chris was trying to talk over me.

I then explained my immediate family member works for Dominos corporate and said I would also being calling corporate on this situation. She said she would refund my money to me and I asked when and she hung up on me.

11:09pm the delivery person showed up with all 4 pizzas we originally ordered and I explained it was only one replacement pizza and thanked him but we wouldn't be taking the pizzas after the troubles we had. He was very nice.

I have a daughter with allergies and this was her specialty pizza because she could not have any of the other pizzas. All I wanted was to provide a fun last night meal with my family and this was the outcome.

This was not now I wanted to spend my last night of vacation with my family. The service was very poor and I'm sure a company that's so well-respected as Dominos will resolve this issue and use this as a training tool for how to handle certain situations.
