Teens get to work out with the equipment that I pay for for free? They are taking up every piece of equipment that I want to use, and they dont even have to pay...is there a better way to tell your regular paying customers that they dont mean anything to you. I will give it a week, then im leaving for a better place. One that respects its customers. It is hard enough getting to use the equipment that I want to use after work (5pm), but now I have to compete with more children, who are playing around, using the equipment incorrectly, and on their phone not even working out

I was a black card member for approx 2.5 years and will be leaving if this is not fixed

I was told yesterday that I could go to the new home gym and fill out some paperwork and then I'd be switched. When I got there, nobody was capable of doing the switch, so I missed out completely on my work-out. Poor management left incompetent workers as the only contact points. Likely an indication of how the place is managed overall. Maybe it was better that I couldn't switch. I may just cancel
