Charter One Realty - Real Estate Sale
Paulette Gosden - aka Paulette Elaine Gosden Tumbarello is a real estate SWINDLER! She is currently an agent for Charter One Realty. While at Gateway Realty (now merged with Charter One) not only did she under price my house, she refused to present the buyer with a counter offer after I suggested she do so. She claimed "they won't pay more". How would she know that without prior knowledge?
In addition, she met with the buyer alone AFTER we had scheduled a meeting together. She then rushed to close the sale in only 8 days which, not only prevented other possible buyers from having an opportunity to bid but, left me homeless. She made close to $6, 000 from the sale (so did the buyer's agent Mary Aiana) but I didn't make a dime. I received less than what I paid for the house in 2005.
This was done with the approval of the Broker In Charge at Gateway, Tom Jackson. He also is now with Charter One. I later found out Paulette actually wanted another client to close on a sale while that client was out of the country!
This woman is unethical, incompetent and a scammer. BUYER BEWARE!
My only disagreement is with the 'incompetent' part. Sounds like this person is thoroughly knowledgeable of all aspects of the realestate business and is a VERY competent crook.
