Jiffy Lube

On July 17, 2021 I took my car to Jiffy Lube on Perkiomen Avenue, Reading PA for a break pad and rotor replacement. A few weeks later I had to take the car back because of a screeching noise. I was told that wrong break pads were installed and that they would replace them as a curtesy to me, however they failed to document and aknowledge that they did something wrong. Fast forward 7 months on February 11th I take the cat back because of shaking steering wheel when I break. I am told that the rotors are damaged and that a probable cause is excessive breaking and I am like what? I had the car since 2019 and only had to replace the rotors when they were due to be changed. They refused to do anything because I have no warranty with them. I took the car to several other mechanics for their opinion and I am told that rotors do not get damaged for excessive breaking (even though I drive very well and breal as I should) also I was told that I should not have to change rotors and breakpads after seven months. I feel like they are descriminating me because I am a woman and think that I am stupid and can't drive I want a refund since I had my rotors fixed somewhere else.
