I've been trying to use a virtual gift card for I guess couple months now it was given to me by my son for my Mother's Day gift I was told by one of your personnel that you do not have the R machines in the stores that it requires to use so the manager can put the information in so I talk to someone else within the company who I was going to meet who was in the area but that never happened so this is actually like my fourth time trying to resolve my issue with my virtual gift card could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated I believe it's in the amount of $25 I have spoken to a couple people with in the office before from the one 800 number The last person I spoke to told me to use is to file a complaint she said she sees my information and that it a gift card was mailed to the wrong address thank you for your help.
