Petco

The general manger at this store, Mikki, was unbelievably rude and discriminatory towards her employees that were not white. She created a hostile work environment that lead to depression and a lack of enthusiasm going into work. She continuously threatened the non-white employees saying if they didn't do everything she said she would fire them and Petco would come after them. Mikki showed petty and aggressive tendencies that is not compliant with a healthy work environment nor does it follow Petco's code of ethics. She is continuously allowed to harass her employees that are not white and continue to oppress them in a manner that violates the ethics in which Petco claims to stand for.
