Giant Eagle

Giant eagle does not listen.In fact they screw the customer. Recently they started sending satisfaction surveys after a visit to the local stores. For completing the survey you are advised you will receive 10 fuel perks in 5 days. I completed 2 surveys in 2 weeks and never got the promised fuel perks. I then complained to the corporate complaint site and was advised that my missing 20 fuel perks would be added to my advantage card. To date which is now 2 weeks later I still have not gotten the fuel perks. On top of this is the issue with incorrect item pricing other than advertisements price. Inadequate item advertised is another issue. And they stopped giving rain checks. Giant eagle sucks.
