Giant Eagle - Customer service

I went to your #65 Brighton Heights store on 4110 Brighton rd., pgh Pa 15212 on Sept.28,2023 at 830 pm. I shop at this store at least twice a week and spend about 120 a week. I'm a very good customer snd never have any complaints. So I had a terrible experience that day with an older manager male. I had purchased my groceries and when I was leaving I went to the scratch off machine and put in 6 one dollar bills. I went to purchase a 5 dollar 4×4 Payout scratch off ticket when the machine made a strange noise and my ticket didn't come out buy my balance said one dollar so it took my money. When I told the manager he called me a liar told me get saw me only put a one dollar bill in even though he was 30 feet away. I was appalled to say the least. Then when I explained to him a put 6 one dollar bills in shock his head rolled his eyes and told me the machine wouldn't do that. So I asked him to take my name and number so the next day when the machine was fixed or opened they would see my ticket was stuck. He said he couldn't take my information that the machine doesn't lie, and what's the point. I've never been treated with such disrespect I was disgusted. Why would I lie about a five dollar ticket when I just spent 70$. The next I called and they did get my ticket that was stuck in the machine. I'm so upset that I don't want you go to that store no more. He embarrassed me on front of other customers and I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. thank you I hope you. Desired outcome: Would like an apology and I don't know what else would make me feel better about shopping at this store.
