Davison Design & Development - the comfort chair
I resently submitted to Davison about an idea I had. They assure me we could get it started. I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of francis kapp. I let him know I was a single mother and was looking to invent a new product. I also let him know I dont have a lot of money hanging around to give his company. He said I could make payments. So I made a 100.00 deposit on the idea before reading the contract. After reading the contract I decided not to go along with their company. I called Mr. Francis Kapp back to let him know I was no longer interest because in the contract it reads to much fraud so I never returned it to his company expecting a refund. Ive been calling for about a week to get my money back. No call from Mr. Francis. I called them and spoke to a young lady which told me i needed to speak with Mr. Kapp. I had already spoken to him and he asure me that my money would be redeposited back into my account in two business day. I have not seen the money nor recieved a phone call. If anyone would like to file a class action lawsuit against Davison. Please call me at [protected] for defrauding there customers/ clients

From the time of an initial contact, through the research and development of a new product idea, to the presentation of a client’s product sample, we try to maintain an open channel of communication, disclosing our services and fees upfront and securing our clients’ approval and authorization throughout the process. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, communication errors occasionally occur.
Having reviewed your file, your partial payment has been refunded in full. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused. Please be aware that it may take several days for the refund to post to your account. Beyond processing the refund, Davison has no control over the timing of the final crediting to your account.
