Burger King

Hello,
I am writing to you today regarding the burger king located at 2550 welsh rd philadelphia, pa 19152. Since the re-opening after the fire service is awful. No matter if you go in to order or go thru drive thru. The wait time in drive thru yesterday was over 20 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. Upon approaching the window employees are just standing around chatting. At different times I have been there some of the employees have an attitude.

I have lived in this area for a long time and it never used to be this way. It is has come to the point I will drive out of my way and get faster service.

I don't mean to be a downer and there may be another side to the story but it has happened multiple times.
