BJ's Wholesale Club

Purchased set of tires from oaks b j's a month ago. Yesterday may 24th. We had a flat, and since our vehicle does not come with a spare tire,. I had to take the tire off And deliver it to our B j's warehouse in oaks Pennsylvania. I was informed that I have to have my original receipt which I ended up finding so they could finalize the repair. I understand people get sick while at work and have to leave, but what I do not understand is how a manager at b j's could not simply prioritize oldest work to new when they have to call someone in the following day. I would prefer to have a more timely warranty repair service so if we cannot resolve this quickly, the next time I need tires it may not be at b j's warehouse. Please contact me.
