Purchased Samsung flat screen in 2014 with an extended 5 year $350.00. Best Buy gladly excepted my money but now that I need service, they are stringing me along and offering NO solution!
TV failed 12/8/19 called Geek Squad and they sent parts and set up service call. Service came and failed to repair TV, ordered more parts and failed again, ordered more parts and yes failed again.
We are now 4 weeks in and 3 service calls later and TV still not working, they claim they have 30 days from service call to fix TV….30 day restarts every service call!
Do your self and family a favor and buy your TV's at the "clubs" they offer 5 years of warranty for free!
I do not know if their warranties are any better but it's free and can't be any worse then Best Buy!
