Dollar General - Store 18186

A cashier/maybe manager, name barb... Brown curly hair age 50's

Tom beck and I visited the mill hall store #18186 on 07/20/2020... Barb seen we did not have masks on... We apologize... Tom tried to talk to her but she was yelling and cursing at all the customers... Very rude and disrespectful...Could not believe it... Walked away feeling umcomfortable... Her voice and language was loud and the swear words... I made a point to go back in store to apologize... She was still yelling at who.. I don't know... I been in the customer service for a long time and I never seen anything like this... Maybe we should've been more aware about the mask policy... It was plain wrong how she handled the situation... Tom actually called her a b* in the car... And that is not like him... Barb should be told about this behavior... My name is donna sue hendershot email ([protected]@gmail.com) I will not enter this store again because I do not deserve to be treated in this manner... I would never take the grandchildren.., how should I have handle this?... I did try to apologize... She waved her hands and walk away...
