I have several prescriptions I get refilled monthly by this store consistantly for several years.
Recently I had my pain medication that is a 15 MG morphine tablet. It is one of the meds I get filled every month. Lasr week when it was to be filled I called to check on it because sometimes there is an issue. This time I was told they had to order them. Wouldn't get filled till following Monday. 3 days away at the time. Thank God I had some left. I waited till the following Wednesday when I never got E Mail about picking them up I called to find out they were short again sd so I can either take what they have or wait till Friday another 2 days away. Really! They would not give me any info on who was in charge of this or who I could go to about complaint.
There excuse is not good enough not even an apology. Regardless whether I don't use them all the time and have some left should nt matter and not to fill them on that Monday and not notify me was wrong and unescusable. Then there lackadaisical attitude was insult to injury. I intend to file a complaint with BBB. and what other avenues I have available. Thank you
Desired outcome: Better service and communication. Someone held accountable
