Margie Worrall owns the one in Kennett Square, PA, and Avondale, PA. Both locations have the same problems: they try to sell you "personal training" and nutritional supplements, they are dirty, they allow the young men to grunt, and make other weird noises. The women who go ther are constantly being approached for sex, especially by the higher-ups. If you want to cancel your membership, they talk you into staying at a higher rate. Margie Worrall and her Snap Fitness clubs are the worst!
During my warm-up on a bike, I witnessed a chubby middle-aged female doing biceps curls in a funky-looking machine that I had never before seen in my life… all the while she was being cheered on by some goofy personal trainer who probably doesn’t even know what a barbell is.
As far as I’m concerned that female is never gonna get into shape like that… she’ll probably quit altogether due to lack of results.
I’ve seen it happen too many times in public gyms like this one. Somebody hires a trainer and after three months they don’t know whether they have made any progress at all. The owner and the trainers there stink!
