Walmart

There are only 2 functioning motorized carts for the handicapped in the store. They have 8-10 carts in the store as told me by the greeter/employee who informed me that only 2 were working. She went to say "there was nothing they could do about it!"
My mother cannot walk more than a few feet and needs the cart to shop. The employees do not seem to care if there are carts for the handicapped, which is disturbing. My mother sat in the store and waited for over 30 minutes in the hopes she would get a cart. She witnessed several people walking into the store and then walking right back out b/c there were no motorized carts. There were also 2-3 other people waiting for carts at the same time my mother was waiting for a cart. She ended up leaving with no food or dry goods due to no cart availability at Hatfield Supercenter #2445

It is unacceptable for any store to not accommodate the handicapped, especially when it is an easy fix. I know many people that can fix these carts, why doesn't Walmart hire someone to fix them so that the handicapped can shop?
