Twice in the past week, I have visited this location. On the first visit, last Tuesday, my visit was at 7:40 PM. I pulled into the drive thru, where I sat idle for 15 minutes. Thankfully I was the last car in the line and had the opportunity to back out. I entered the restaurant where i encountered a line from the counter to the door. A manager immediately instructed the cashier to "stop taking orders." I waited approximately 5 more minutes before abandoning this venture.
Today my family and I returned at 12:40 PM. The drive through was backed out to the entrance, so again I went inside. 3 people in line ahead of me, and 4 people clearly waiting for food near the soda machine. Again, the manager instructed the cashier to "stop taking orders." I immediately left, as we were going to an appointment.
I have a degree in culinary arts and restaurant management. I have NEVER instructed staff to stop taking orders, and this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant? What an absolute embarrassment. I suggest you send someone from corporate into this location to get them back on track, because they will continue to lose customers of this continues.
I certainly don't need to go back.
