Red Robin

On Feb. 17, 2020, my husband and I ate lunch at the location at 3605 Horizon Blvd. Trevose, Pa. We were happy with our food and waitress service. Upon arriving home, we discovered my husband left his cell phone at this location. We called back and were told that they did not find his cell phone. I regret not asking for the employee's name I spoke to, she didn't seem very interested in our problem. My husband was convinced the phone was there and drove back to Red Robin. When he arrived, he found it had been given to the seating desk as soon as you walk in the store. We both were because we felt not much effort was put into looking for the cell phone when we called. Although this location is the closest to my home, it is still a 30 minute drive each way. We don't think we'll be making the drive to Red Robin again.
