Hello, My name is Jamie and I work for an organization that supports special needs clients. Myself along with two of my colleagues visited one of your locations with our special needs client which we do quite often. There was an open box of magazines that was apparently new shipment and instead of notifying one of three staff that was present along with the client, the employee proceeded to yell at our special needs client to not damage the box of magazines which was very upsetting to myself and my coworkers. I did bring it to the attention of a manager, but I was curious if maybe some sort of sensitivity training can be offered to the employees so something like this doesn't happen again.
