Outback Steakhouse

My wife and I went to the Moon Twp., PA Outback Steakhouse for our Valentines dinner yesterday, February 14, 2022 because we always had first class service and first class meals there, particularly filet mignon and lobster tail. So yesterday we each ordered that with a mixed drink. The service was first class as expected. My wife's meal was first class, but my filet mignon was 1/2" thick and looked like a piece of liver! In fact, a piece of liver probably would have tasted better. I did not complain because I did not want the rest of my meal to get cold while they cooked me a real filet. We also had someplace to go after dinner and didn't want to be late. And I wasn't going to complain today either, but just not return there in the future. But then I started thinking this morning that was the very first bad steak I ever got there, and my wife and our friends have always had excellent steaks there. So we do want to return, depending on the resolution of our complaint.
