Planet Fitness - Membership late fees

I've been a planet fitness member since 2009. in 2017, when i updated my membership agreement, i was double billed (for the old account and the new one) causing all kinds of bounced check fees on my checking account. at that time PF waived their late fees, and some other charges. Since that time i have been waiting for the text notification that "there was a problem with my bill" and going on the PF.com site and paying my BLACK CARD membership ($20.05) as well as the late fee ($10.00--each month). Ive been doing it for the past two years, and every so often, their online payment account doesnt line up with their "club account" and a manager has to go back in reconcile my payments because their 3rd party billing system isnt fully integrated with their "Club Accounts" .(i know this, because, again, it happens often) . THIS TIME the General manager of the clifton heights location in pennsylvania BRIAN TURNER(?) insists that i pay an ADDITIONAL $30.05 ($20.05 + $10.00 LATE FEE) when the records showed that i PAID my membership up to Date AND EARLY (for January) as of 12/31/2019 so at MOST i should have owed $10, NOT $30.
He has since put a notation on my account stating that i owe $30, which is FRAUDULENT and will not allow me to transfer my membership to a different location until that balance is paid.
