Burger King

Just went through the drive thru of the Burger King at 4701 Edgemont ave, media PA, after a long trip back home with my two small, hungry kids in the car. I received the worst customer service by the manager. They got my order wrong, which they fixed at the window, (issue #1), but the other issue with the order is that they forgot to add one sandwich. (Issue #2) The manager said I needed to do back in line to order the sandwich again! What? Why should I be penalized, in going back on the drive thru line, again, with my two tired and hungry small kids, when they made a mistake with the order!. Ridiculous. Never going back there again.
