YMCA - the warming station and the head manager, robin

This happened on the day of March 14, 2019, where I had been staying during the time of Winter to find a place of how the environment was kept under poor nature. The manager herself was very much inconsiderate to other persons request for proper attire and yet a few workers that she had hired were much flamboyant and ignorant where they kept making discouraging remarks and the manager said nothing at all. A few of those employees names are Eva, who was very selfish and narrow minded, Tamir, who showed no sign of regards for persons needs, and Derek, who kept making false accusations for no cause of ignorance. There was a day before this month where a handicapped senior lady needed a place from within her condition, and Robin deliberately let her go within that time on a chilly Winter night. That was extremely wrong and distorting from that prejidical act. Yet there were times that the establishment would let other persons in that are on narcotics where they should really be in rehabilitation services, because children and babies are badly effected by that nonsense completely. Yet there a few more of persons that stayed there were threatening to hurt me and made false rumors and instigating of stalking them for no reason out of deliberation and teased me at the same time, there names were Caitlin and Mike, who were clients and they were mean to me from the beginning. They were children in adult bodies and Robin did not say a word about it, as I was getting no support from anyone there at all filled with emptiness and hollowness internally. I truly believe that the manager Robin should be terminated and not hold that position at all from these acts and that there should be better for all in that area. I would not recommend anyone at this facility at all when the winter approaches, or find a better solution rather than be self centered towards others that are in need. Thank you.
