The UPS Store - rude and knowledgeable staff

I visited the UPS store at 1874 Catasaqua Road (store number 4651) On July 16, 2019. I simply went to drop off a pre paid package. Unfortunately an employee named Sammy there is rude and unknowledgeable with package protocol. He was requesting a safety data sheet for a product that had no hazardous markings on the Box. I informed him i didn't need an sds sheet as I am very well versed in shipping protocol and actually have a hazardous material account with UPS. He got very upset and scanned the package but had me wait outside until the UPS driver showed up. This is truly unbelievable that UPS and their franchises do not train personnel to treat customers with respect and give them training to do their job responsibly. Stay away from this store or you will be driving your packages to the main hub because they are clueless with package protocols.
