We want to get our money back. We didn't even stay because of how unsafe we felt. The room smelled like pee and cleaning products. Staff had originally had us in a room on the second floor and when we checked in she moved us to the first floor. We looked out the window and the lock was broken and the only thing keeping someone from coming in was a board. A small board that could easily be moved. We felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that we found another hotel and left. The hotel was sketchy, staff was sketchy and no one should ever be put in a room where it isn't secure.
