3-29-22,3:42:30 P.M. file taxes FBG37417 through Jackson Hewitt. The was to be a federal refund.
It is now September with no refund and Jackson Hewitt says it is out of their hands...
My thing is, that they will not even try to help after they receive their money!
And OfCourse the "my refund thing is another federal joke.
Still trying to get some resolve in OK.
The store I went to is #18735 located in Skiatook Ok.
Desired outcome: Please refund, would like to get some human help in getting my federal taxes finalized.
