My name is Steve Barnes, I have been with your bank for approximately 12 years. Recently I had some financial issues, my son is attending OSU and I sent them 800 dollars, then I had vehicle problem cost close to 1200 at classic in Owasso and some caused by me. With the vehicle problem I knew I was going to run short in my checking account if I didn't do something. So I had money in one of Myrill Lynch stock so I cashed it out. It was on the 22nd of April it was suppose to be direct deposit. I waited 3 days nothing, called them, said it was sent, checked with the bank not there. On the 6 the day went to your bank and tried to explain but the lady didn't really seem to care, her name is Sarah Piano. The next day I call Myrill Lynch back and made them reissue MY MONEY. As this is happening I get hit with 500 dollars of overdraft fees in 2 weeks. So my only choice was to go close my account. I tell the teller and she gets the same lady as before. Sarah Pizano, she didn't try to assist me at all, didn't ask why, if there was any way to help, NOTHING. Said I need ID went closed account came back handed me what belonged to me and walked off. Is this what this country is coming to
This Sarah Pizano knows nothing about customer service and should not be in the position she is in. Letting the same withdraws come back over and over is what cause most of this. Is there no customer service in this country anymore and does no one really care. It's a shame that it has come to this and I pray for the children growing up in this country, God help them.
