I'm not sure about your dress code for your employees, especially your greeters BUT my mother & I were greeted by a "street walker in a short plaid red skirt and hooker heels" and not nicely either. My mothers word and she never talks like that. This woman wouldn't have been able to move or bend without showing the whole world her unmentionables & more.
And to make it worse a poor girl who works there was being put down & bullied in front of everybody by a manager. We heard it all. Everyone did. I'm not sure what happened but she was in tears. For the manager, it was very unprofessional and I hope no one was to ever speak to him or his family like that. From what I could get from his badge/name tag his name started with an S. Steve or Sean? Whoever was in charge that night.
It was a horrible experience and it was my mother's first time in the store.
I was very disappointed in this store. My mother was shocked and thought we had walked into the wrong store. It'll be awhile before we come back.
I hope this issue can be resolved and we can come back to your store comfortably.
