switchboard-Plankton (I’m guessing employees don’t want to take responsibility for their work ethic by using real names). I ordered and was chargers for 2 qu lb dbl cheeseburgers and received single patty burgers with so much mustard we could barely stand to eat them. Coke was flat and had to be poured out. Burgers and sides were not fresh and warm. I tried multiple times to call the location with no answer.
Claimed loss: $16.50

Sonic Drive-In - French fries not good at all
I ordered 2 large orders of fries and they were cold and hard as a rock.. Like I got the last of what they had left over from lunch... Been sitting under the light for a long time... Guess they didn't want to cook more... I normally don't complain but I had to just throw them out.. I'm pretty upset.. I live in anadarko, oklahoma and our sonic is located on petree rd... I really used to enjoy ordering food from there but in the past year it has gone way downhill... Seems like when we order from there either the food is raw or overcooked or they forgot something... I'm really disappointed this time... Please check into it for me.. Thank you.. Robert Pecina
