We were visiting in Ohio and stopped for gas at store #552. At the pump #11, I selected no for the car wash and was charged $9.00 anyway. I did not notice it on the receipt until we returned home to Pittsburgh. We did not get the carwash. The store was located on Pearl Road.
I was not happy about seeing the charge because of Christmas being so close and I selected the No option.
I am not sure what other information you need. I was not able to download the receipt.
Claimed loss: $9.00
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or can I use it in a Sheetz in Pittsburgh.
