Steak 'n Shake

I pulled up to the drive-through window expecting to receive my order that I placed through the app . My order was ready but the pick up window refused to pass my order out the window even though the app states that you can receive mobile orders through the drive-through window . I eventually got out of my car to go in only to walk past a sign that says mobile orders can be received at drive-through window. I'm sure all of the workers at the Steak 'n Shake do you not have poor customer service but The drive-through service member that is working today has poor customer service. I feel I have been mistreated and my time has been wasted I would not recommend this Steak ‘n Shake.
