Let me just say this new teen promo has many members like myself very upset. After this week I am very likely going to cancel my membership at the Pickerington, OH Hill Rd location and join Lifetime Fitness just down the street. Sure it costs more but the equipment and amenities are much better, but more importantly kids are not running around tearing the place up.
While it may be too late to keep members like myself, the staff really needs to be on the floor babysitting which is a waist of there time. These kids like to congregate in groups of 4 or more preventing other members who there to actually workout. I actually had one teen flaying around aimlessly almost seriously injure me while working out on the fly weight machine. Have also witness kids twirling around with dumbbells in there hands like they were in romper room. The kid could not only seriously injure himself but others around him. They don’t wipe the equipment after use and just generally lack respect for others or should I say paying members. Don’t get me started on the mens bathroom.
Your own staff recognizes the bad judgement from corporate to impart this terrible decision to isolate paying members, I realize the need to chase the almighty dollar, but I seriously think you need to rethink your target demographic here.
Desired outcome: Pull the promo immediately or at the very least require them to be accompanied by a paying member over the age of 18, and limit groups to 2.

I have been a loyal fan and customer of PF for well over a decade now. I am still scratching my head over how some knuckleheads in your Leadership felt it was a good idea to turn my gym into a high school lunchroom. These kids who are getting free access, are for the most part disrespectful, loud and obnoxious. They clog up the facility because they seem to like to work out in groups. They flirt, tend not to clean machines after use, and are generally disruptive to MY exercise routines. A week ago some punk SCREAMED in my ear goofing around with his friends. I was about to explain to him how inappropriate his behavior was, but his friend recognized the egregiousness of the behavior and apologized for him. For the most part your staff ignores the #@%-show that your facility in Fenton, MI has become. I am shopping your competition this afternoon...
