Domino's Pizza

On friday 5/28, using the app, I ordered 3 pizzas and cheesy bread
as you can see in the screenshot it says ready @ 5:23. I arrived at 5:26 and was told they had not started 2 of the 3 pizzas.
I took the one and bread pulled around and waited. she said "ill bring them out" at 5:45 i checked and still no pizzas, this was after watching several others getting their orders. At 6:00pm i pulled back up to the window and my pizzas appeared to be sitting waiting. For $50 this is unacceptable. I Was a frequent customer. Worst customer service ever!

And to top it off, the order wasn't even correct.

Why did this happen? My order # was 480
