On 2-21-22, around 3 pm, we arrived at our local Cracker Barrel. Despite 4-6 empty tables, we told our wait would be 20 minutes. After about 25 min, we inquired how much longer the wait would be, we were taken back to our table. The waitress did come within a reasonable amount of time, we ordered and it was almost another 30 minutes before we got our food. When we went to pay, my husband spoke to the manager and told him about the long wait and our poor experience. All the manager did was apologize, but did not offer an explanation or try to make any concessions for our poor experience.
